Kitchen Production Lead

Own the daily cold-press production schedule — from washing produce to bottling, labeling, and quality checks.

Responsibilities

  • Run cold-press production to daily volume targets
  • Manage prep, bottling, labeling, and cold-chain handling
  • Track yields, waste, and quality consistency
  • Maintain equipment cleaning and sanitation logs
  • Coordinate with the GM on inventory and orders

Requirements

  • 1+ year commercial kitchen or juice production experience
  • Food handler certification (manager cert a plus)
  • Comfortable lifting 50+ lbs and standing full shifts
  • Detail-oriented with strong sense of urgency
