Kitchen Production Lead
Own the daily cold-press production schedule — from washing produce to bottling, labeling, and quality checks.
Responsibilities
- Run cold-press production to daily volume targets
- Manage prep, bottling, labeling, and cold-chain handling
- Track yields, waste, and quality consistency
- Maintain equipment cleaning and sanitation logs
- Coordinate with the GM on inventory and orders
Requirements
- 1+ year commercial kitchen or juice production experience
- Food handler certification (manager cert a plus)
- Comfortable lifting 50+ lbs and standing full shifts
- Detail-oriented with strong sense of urgency
