Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and develop a high-performing crew
• Hit sales, labor, and food-cost targets
• Own inventory ordering, receiving, and waste tracking
• Champion cleanliness, food safety, and brand standards
• Resolve guest issues and build community relationships

Requirements

• 2+ years restaurant / juice bar / café management
• Food handler & manager certifications
• Strong communicator and team builder
• P&L literacy and attention to detail
